- Am I bound by a long-term contract?
- SeeUrank Falcon works with a subscription (monthly or annual), renewed automatically for the same period unless you indicate otherwise. The subscription is non-binding, as you can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time directly in your Yooda Manager account.
- What type of payments do you accept?
- Only a bank card (BC) is accepted for monthly subscriptions. For other means of payment, please contact us by telephone on + (33) 4 67 15 54 09 or by email at sales@yooda.com
- Can I change version at any time?
- You can change version at any point in your Yooda Manager account. Moving from an Ecommerce version to an Agency version (Upgrade) takes effect immediately. Moving from an Agency version to an Ecommerce one takes effect at the end of the subscription period. (disable the renewal of the Agency agreement then transfer to Ecommerce at the end of the period).
- What is the Yooda Manager account?
- Your Yooda Manager account allows you to manage your licenses, to purchase new licenses, to suspend your subscription, and to download your invoices in PDF format. Your Yooda Manager account will be created when you install your SeeUrank.
